If you get a busy signal be persistent and call until you get through to Phil. If you receive Phil’s answering machine you will know that the time for availability of readings has been accomplished.
The $60 fee will only be for this preset time and is a 20% discount from the normal consultation fee of $75. If you cannot get through Phil will still be available at arrange appointments through his offices.
